YOUTH PROGRAMS

Penfield Sport & Fitness prides itself on the wide array of services and programs it offers kids and their parents. Swim Lessons – includes Parent/Child “Mommy and Me” Sessions (ages six months to three years}, Pre-Beginners (ages three and four years) and Red Cross Swim Lessons (Levels 1-6). Click here to learn more.
