Miss Mary's Place Guidelines
General Information
- All parents must sign their children in and out of Miss Mary's Place
- A wristband is given to the parent and child with the same # as on sign in sheet
- No child will be released unless the wristbands #'s match up or the parent puts in writing (at the time of drop off) that another person will pick up child - picture ID is required at time of pick up
- In the case that someone is attempting to pick up a child w/ no wristband or the parent did not leave written documentation that another person would be picking up their child, the person that dropped off the child will immediately be contacted for approval
- All children must remain in Miss Mary's Place. If a parent is needed, staff members will get them.
- No child may be released to anyone other that the signer w/o proper identification
- Toilet training is an ongoing requirement for staff to perform
- No small objects or toys with loose batteries are allowed in Miss Mary's Place
- Staff is required to play games, read, work puzzles and play in a racquetball court
(if accessible prior to 5pm)
- No sharp objects are ever kept in the Miss Mary's Place
- We gladly accept children 6-weeks and older
Accidents, Incidents & Emergency
- NO medication of any kind is given to children
- Band-Aids are kept at the front desk
- Accident forms at front desk may be filled out by staff members present at time of incident
- Parents must be told of any incidents that occurs involving their child
- An incident report will also be filled out and filed in the Miss Mary's Place
Members
- Members of the club if needed donate toys. Miss Mary solicits toys when necessary.
- Members receive a 10% discount on membership dues when donating a swing in good condition for infants.
- All members are required to label bags and have children's pictures on them
- Parents are not allowed to remain in Miss Mary's Place. It is difficult to maintain order when parent are present.
- Please do not have any children on the Fitness Floor, Free Weight area, Cardio Theatres and Front Desk Area
- No members may use Miss Mary's Place more that 2 ½ hours daily
- The cost for off premise baby sitting is $7 per child and $2 each additional per hour not exceeding 2 ½ consecutive hours
- Off site babysitting hours: Mon-Thu 11am-4pm School Days Only. 24 hour notice required
Miss Mary's Illness Policies
Please do not bring your child in the Club if they:
- have a fever within the last 48 hours, sore throat, lice, chicken pox, rash, diarrhea or any other communicable illness
- have not been on antibiotics for at least 48 hours
- feel nauseas, have headaches or are otherwise feeling generally ill
- have not been on fever-reducing medicine for 48 hours
